International Hotel School Open Day

International Hotel School is opening its campus for a morning of hospitality in action. The session starts at 10:00 on Saturday, 10 October 2026. It starts with a presentation on the courses on offer. Next there's a cocktail demonstration and a cookery demonstration, so you can see the hands-on side of the work. Staff and current students will be there to answer questions about campus life and the hospitality industry. The school says visitors can also enrol on the day.

This open day suits matric learners and school-leavers thinking about hotels, kitchens or events. It also suits adults looking at a career change, and parents who want to see a campus for themselves.

Write your questions down before you come. Think about which course interests you, how long it runs and what it costs. If you might enrol on the day, ask your campus beforehand which documents to bring. The school holds open days at its campuses in Sandton, Pretoria, Benoni, Roodepoort, Cape Town, Durban and Gqeberha. Choose the campus nearest to you and plan to arrive before 10:00.

Book your visit and please ensure you arrive on time.
