About this event

This is a one-hour online info session about Henley Business School Africa's Work Readiness Programme. Henley describes the programme as a one-year, part-time course at NQF Level 5, the same level as a first year at university. It is aimed at school-leavers and young adults who want to build business skills, confidence and direction. Henley presents it as an alternative to a traditional degree or a gap year.

The session is useful for matric learners, recent school-leavers, young people thinking about starting a business, and parents or guardians helping them choose. It is a chance to hear how the programme works before you decide whether to apply.

Before you join, read the entry requirements on Henley's programme page. These include a National Senior Certificate or equivalent, and access to a workplace or project where you can use what you learn. The programme itself is taught face to face at Henley's campus in Paulshof, Johannesburg.

There is no travel for this session. It runs on Zoom, so you need a phone, tablet or computer and enough data for an hour-long video call. It is free, but you must register first.
